About Bonnie

Bonnies Glamour Bakes didn’t start with a shop — it started with a love of baking.

I’ve loved baking since I was a teenager, making cakes and sweet treats for family and friends. In 2018, while I was a stay-at-home mum raising four young children, I decided to turn that passion into a little side hustle — and that’s where the journey of Bonnies Glamour Bakes really began.

What started small gradually grew. Over the years I’ve baked hundreds of celebration cakes, developed my own range of cookies, brownies, donuts and desserts, and spent three years taking Bonnies Glamour Bakes to pop-up markets across the local area.

I’ve never wanted to rush the journey. My motto has always been to take my time, perfect what I do and build something amazing within my local community.

Alongside building my baking business, I’ve also worked as a fitness instructor, delivering classes across Burnley and Pendle for a variety of local organisations. It’s meant plenty of early mornings, late nights and juggling work with family life, but I’ve continued building the business step by step.

Then, in 2026, Bonnies Glamour Bakes finally got its own home — my very own bakery and dessert shop in Burnley. 🩷

Going from baking at home to standing inside a shop with my name above the door is something I’m incredibly proud of, but I still see this as another chapter rather than the finished story.

My aim is simple: to keep creating beautiful, indulgent bakes, keep improving what we do, and build a bakery that becomes a special part of our local community.
